1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, do the same job. We use both, and we keep the list short deliberately.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

These are required for the service to work and cannot be switched off. They are set only when you use the platform, not when you simply read the public website.

• Session cookie: identifies you after you sign in so that you stay signed in as you move between pages. Expires when your session ends or after 30 days of inactivity.
• Cross-site request forgery token: protects sign-in and form submissions against forged requests. Expires at the end of your session.
• Multi-factor authentication state: remembers that a verification step has been completed for the current session.

3. Preference storage

These remember a choice you have made. They hold no personal data and are stored in your browser, not on our servers.

• Theme preference: whether you chose light or dark appearance.
• Text size preference: the reading size you selected using the text size control.
• Selected service: which service or location you were last working in, so the platform reopens where you left off.

4. Analytics and advertising

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share browsing data with advertising networks. We do not currently run third party analytics tracking on the public website. If that changes we will update this page and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set.

5. Third party cookies

Where you choose to sign in using a third party identity provider, that provider may set its own cookies as part of the sign-in exchange. Those cookies are controlled by the provider and governed by its own policy. Our payment provider may also set cookies on its own hosted checkout pages to prevent fraud.

6. How to control cookies

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies through its settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in, because the platform cannot keep you authenticated without them. Blocking preference storage will simply mean your theme and text size choices are not remembered.

We will update this page whenever we add or remove a cookie and will revise the date shown above.
