Microsoft 365 connection
Connect Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and Teams through Microsoft’s own official secure sign-in. CarePointIQ can then read referral emails, pull spreadsheets from shared drives and turn them into structured data and actions — without anyone re-keying anything.

Direct connection
Where your system offers an open connection (for example Nourish, Person Centred Software, Sona or Xero), we link straight to it using your own account credentials so data flows automatically. Direct connections are enabled for you during onboarding, provider by provider.
